The HPC cluster consist of heterogenous mix of compute nodes, two service nodes and two login nodes. The login nodes named bmiclusterp2 and bmiclusterp3 serves as gateway to submit jobs to the compute nodes, while the service nodes are for administrative purposes only.

The scheduler version is IBM Spectrum LSF Standard 10.1.0.14, on the left navigation panel, there is a menu for LSF examples which provides information on how to submit and manage jobs.

The software installation is based on modules, where is a way to configure and manage installation with all dependencies accessible to all nodes.
